  Poor service, Manager was not helpful in our conversation. Asked why i was not made aware of my checks being placed on hold and she replied "we do not tell people about the hold because we have a blanket statement on the receipt in case any check is placed on hold". Funny thing is you do not get a receipt until the end of the transaction and the receipt does not actually say there has been a hold, just that you made a deposit. Unless you pull up your account on your phone right on the spot to check them, you would never know until it was too late and they tell you to deal with it. I escalated my complaint to corporate office but doubt that I will get a responsive if this is how they think the proper way to treat customers.
